Please take into account that any merchandise sent to your selected country may incur in custom duties that must be paid by (the receiver at the moment) receiving party at the time of delivery.

We are pleased to accept returns for items within 15 days of postal delivery.

Please contact us with your return reason. The cost of return shipment is buyer's responsibility. The Jewelry piece needs to be returned in the items original condition and in the original package. In not to lose the order we strongly recommend to use tracking delivery and send us email with tracking number.

Your Jewelry piece you will receive in original box and original soft bag. You will also find a card with tips for caring of the for product and a product number as well.
According to this number, after a year and a half of wearing the Jewelry, if it is necessary, we can send you a chain or change a part of earings ('Valais Sheep')

Porcelain items can serve you a lifetime. Please avoid it hitting hard surfaces and sharp objects. If necessary wipe it with a soft cloth and keep it in original packing.

Gold-plated or Gold-filled color (chains and metal parts of Jewelry pieces) with long-term wear will fade over time, unfortunately this is a normal result from contact with air.

In order for the items to serve you longer, we recommend you to follow (the next) these rules:
1. We recommend you to keep the items in their original packaging. Specially, those for which we've created soft bag
2. do not to affect the Jewelry piece with chemicals (composition and) or water.

3. do not keep the items in bathroom or in the wet humid places
4. do not pull chains and components of the jewelry pieces
5. take off the jewelry before bathing, swimming and cosmetic procedures
